"Feel everything melt away..."
The sessions I’ve had with Shana are deeply relaxing and a great addition to my personal practice. She is warm and welcoming, and she accommodates for any comfort or skill level. I love the Sunday evening offerings, in about 30 minutes I’m able to unwind and feel everything melt away before going to bed or starting the new week. The combination of gentle movements and mindful breath work are simple to follow along and leave me feeling grounded, centered and breathing easier by the end of every session.
